It offers specialized support to educational institutions to strengthen their pedagogical practices, management processes, and inclusion strategies. These advisory services are based on knowledge transfer, teacher team training, and the adaptation of innovative models that improve educational quality and promote equitable and sustainable learning environments.

We design and facilitate dialogue tables, forums, and collaboration agreements that bring together families, community leaders, educational institutions, universities, and local authorities. These strategies seek to identify shared priorities, resolve barriers to school access and retention, and co-create action plans with verifiable commitments. They include participatory methodologies (workshops, talking circles, youth consultations), territorial educational governance guidelines, and monitoring mechanisms (minutes, indicators, and public reports) to ensure transparency and impact.
